Plano Teachers Participate in Video Project

The Getty Center for Education in the Arts Guidelines for Expense Reporting

Description: The guidelines for expense reporting, sent to the Regional Institute Director's during the director's meeting in Santa Barbara, California. In order to be reimbursed for expenses during / fulling the terms of their contract they must follow the guidelines, such examples as having original receipts and not photocopies. Attached to the end of the guidelines is a filled out travel expense report from William McCarter for the dates of the conference.

A small group assignments and information document is also enclosed, it divides the regional institute directors with Getty Center advisory committee members.

Description: Photocopy of the stipends paid by NTIEVA, half of which were billed to Denton ISD. A total of nineteen people were listed as having received a stipend for a period of one to eleven days. At the top of the paper there are two stamps. One stamp is the date "Jul 13 1992" and the other says "Received 92 Jul 15 AM Invoice Denton ISD Business Office".

North Texas Institute Receives Grant for DBAE Project
