Description: Patch from the Port Arthur, Texas Gulf Oil fire department. The circular patch has a white background and orange edging. "Gulf Oil Fire Dept." and "Port Arthur, Texas" are written along the top and bottom in black. A cross shape with black borders and the circular orange and blue Gulf Oil logo is located in the center of the patch.
