Description: Photograph of a street view of the north side of Neiman-Marcus, with more buildings visible in the background. The fire inside is visible through the windows on the left and the display windows on the ground. On the fifth floor, the fire has burst out of one of the windows. On the ground, two small ladders are propped up against the building and one firefighter stands on the left while another stands further down the street, on the right. There are Christmas decorations hanging from the lampposts and strung between the Neiman-Marcus building and the building across the street (which is out of shot on the right). On the back of the photograph are a torn-off label, an unreadable stamp, and handwritten notes giving information about the photo.

[Two Firefighters Walk Through a Destroyed Store]

Description: Photograph of two firefighters in firefighting suits walk through debris in a W. T. Grant store, towards a large hole in the back wall. The closest of the firefighters is holding a pole in his right hand, which is partially obscured by the firefighter. The roof of the store is starting to cave in at the back of the store. Some of the merchandise on the right is still intact and dirty sheets cover some large, unidentified items. On the back of the photograph are a label, a stamp, and handwritten notes giving information about the photograph.

[Firefighters at a Texhoma Store]

Description: Photograph of a Texhoma Department Store, whose large, floor-to-ceiling front windows have been blown out. A group of firefighters and people in winter jackets are clustered to the left, in front of the store, while another group of three firefighters stand to the right in front of the store. Two hoses lay uncoiled in the parking lot in front of the store. Inside the store and just outside the windows, debris and half-destroyed products are visible. There is a handwritten note on the back of the photograph giving the address of the store.

[Burnt and Fire-Damaged Inside of a Neiman-Marcus]

Description: Photograph of a burnt-out area of the Dallas Neiman-Marcus's interior, next to an escalator. Ashes and charred debris cover the floor and the escalator, which is visible beyond a burnt railing and part of a wall on the left. [Street View of Burning Neiman-Marcus]

Description: Photograph of two fire engines parked side by side in the street in front of a multi-story Neiman-Marcus, pouring from which are smoke and flames. The Neiman-Marcus building is surrounded on either side be more buildings (one on the very far left of the photo has a fire escape staircase along its front). On the ground, a small group of firefighters are gathered by a traffic light in front of the smaller building to the Neiman-Marcus's left. Beyond the two fire engines are another barely visible fire engine and a giant Santa Claus decoration in the middle of the street (the decoration is about 4 stories tall).
