The display consists of a tall stack of packages of Kraft's Parkay Margarine sitting besides a meat display case; the display case is filled with various meat products. On top of the case, there is a television set with packages of Kraft's Parkay Margarine displayed beside it. Beside the margarine, there are various canned and bottled products. How to make any cake (requiring shortening) with Kraft All-Purpose Oil Fully Pink 29¢;" they also have a picture of a cake missing a slice on them. The headline on the middle sign says "Ladies! You Can Win Valuable Prizes in Thornton's Cake Bake Contest." That sign also lists prices and cooking ingredients, and has illustrations of a cake, oven, Kraft brand oil, and the exterior of Thornton's. In the background of the photograph, there are aisles of groceries, an unidentified man, and a banner sign that is partially visible.
