Organized by the Chamber of Commerce to highlight the fruit and vegetables grown in the Rio Grande Valley, area citizens created and modeled clothing made from local fruit, vegetables, and flowers. Jean is wearing costume mimicing Cleopatras, made of citrus peel and leaves.
