[Release Deed of Trust from Arthur Real to W. H. Bonnell]

Description: Release deed of trust from Arthur Real to W. H. Bonnell and his wife, Allie H. Bonnell, acknowledging the fulfillment of a deed of trust created by the couple in August 1916. According to this deed, the promissory note was worth $1,000 and was due by August 1919, with 8% interest per annum; the last paragraph states that Arthur Real asserts the note had been fulfilled and he releases his claims to the property originally owned by the Bonnells.

Description: Warranty deed from Virginia Leigh to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of land for $1 paid by Edward to Virginia. According to the deed Virginia has released her rights to the land purchased by Edward and that he obtained "an undivided one half interest in and to that certain three hundred and twenty acre tract known as Survey No. 1430."

Description: Deed from George Bigford to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of land for $1 paid by Leigh to Bigford in exchange for "that tract or parcel of Land lying in the County of Kerr and State of Texas, described as...120 1/2 acres known as Survey No. 1946." This deed releases Bigford of all of his rights, title, and interest to the land being bought by Leigh.

Description: Deed from Charlisa G. Walker to Charles F. de Ganahl acknowledging the exchange of land between the two for five dollars paid by de Ganahl: "[Charles F. de Ganahl] will convey to this grantor by special warranty deed the following described tracts of land." On the second page of the document Walker is relinquishing her rights to certain plots of land and giving them to Charles.

Description: Deed from Charles F. and Florence J. de Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh confirming the deed made the prior day on October 19, 1897; Leigh purchase the land known as "survey No. 38 in section No. 2" for the amount of ten dollars. The second half of the deed, prepared by the U. S. Consul from Tampico, Mexico, acknowledges that Florence J. de Ganahl "acknowledged such instrument to me to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed..." Also included is the envelope in which this document was mailed in; it has text that describes the deed inside.
