The second paragraph is signed by the notary public acknowledging that Amelia appeared and is the same person whose name is on the document.

[Handwritten Title Transfer from James Sellers to C. C. Paine, March 7, 1900]

Description: Document stating James Sellers of Centre Point in Kerr County has applied to lease land for $19.20; the table on the front outlines the section of land, and the company that James Sellers leased the land from. There is a handwritten statement on the back of the document that shows Sellers releasing his rights to the lease to C. C. Paine for $135; the second statement shows Paine releasing his rights to the lease to George L. Leigh for $135 as well. Also included is a small strip of paper with a statement that reads: "When remitting future payments, to guard against errors and insure prompt returns, please give the NAME of lessee and the application NUMBER."

[Agreement Between the Bonnells, Dickeys, and Liljagrens]

Description: Agreement made between members of the Bonnell, Dickey, and Liljegren families regarding the rights and interests on the land owned by the deceased Charlotte Francis Bonnell in Kerr County. This agreement, made on June 17, 1921, divides the land into parts to be owned by each of the members of the family, after W. H. Bonnell "brought a suit in the District Court of Kerr County, Texas" due to his dissatisfaction with Charlotte's will.

Description: Release of mortgage from C. C. Jones to W. H. Bonnell and Allie H. Bonnell; the deed acknowledges that W. H. Bonnel and his wife delivered a deed of trust on a piece of real estate in Kerr County back in 1916. Description: Contract created after the death of George L. Leigh for the organization, operation, and ownership of the 320 acres of which he owned. The document explains, on page 3, which portions of the land and its assets will be owned by Virginia, Edward, and William Leigh; it also acknowledges that Virginia will assist Edward in fees to be paid for George's funeral, burial, and the administration of the land tract known as "Stoneleigh Ranch."

[Land Contract Between Jay McCoy and Miss May F. A. Huntoon]

Description: Land contract between Joy McCoy and Miss F. A. Huntoon, in which McCoy agrees to sell "to the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land which the said Jay McCoy purchased from J. R. Herndon." Huntoon agrees to pay $2,800 for the land with $500 in the form of a "Second Liberty Loan Coupon Bond" and the rest when the deed is delivered.

[Declaration of Trust Created by George L. Leigh]

Description: Declaration of trust created by George L. Leigh acknowledging that George has placed in trust all the property on the land owned, technically, by Edward B. Leigh though George "has been in the possession of it." According to the document Edward furnished the money for which the land was originally acquired; this document was meant to "furnish ample evidence to said Edward B. Leigh of his rights in the premises, to fully and effectually establish his ownership to all of said property."
