Description: Document printed by LULAC as a call for a convention of the League of United Latin American Citizens to be held in Austin, Texas on June 11, 12, and 13, 1948. This includes the provisions for numbers of delegates allowed to attend based on active members in good standing in each Council. Also required is Council dues and LULAC News subscriptions be paid in full. A handwritten note on the bottom of the page states: "Make your reservation at Driscoll Hotel."
