Description: Photograph of the campus of North Texas State Normal College during World War I. The photograph was taken along an unpaved street beside the campus. The college's power plant, with smokestack, is visible in the right foreground of the photograph. In the right background, behind the power plant, is the college's original library building (later known as the Historical Building, and then Curry Hall). In the left background is the Main Building, the site of which was later occupied by the Auditorium Building. At the bottom of the photograph, a typed caption reads, "World War Campus, North Texas State Teachers College". In the right lower corner of the photograph, the number "62" is written in bold ink.
