The second half of the deed, prepared by the U. S. Consul from Tampico, Mexico, acknowledges that Florence J. de Ganahl "acknowledged such instrument to me to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed..." Also included is the envelope in which this document was mailed in; it has text that describes the deed inside.

Description: Deed from Charlisa G. Walker to Charles F. de Ganahl acknowledging the exchange of land between the two for five dollars paid by de Ganahl: "[Charles F. de Ganahl] will convey to this grantor by special warranty deed the following described tracts of land." On the second page of the document Walker is relinquishing her rights to certain plots of land and giving them to Charles.
