Description: Memorandum from James Polk Morris, Assistant Professor of the History of Medicine at the Institute for the Medical Humanities, to Edith M. Bonnet explaining the importance of preserving her personal papers. Morris stresses that her papers be inventoried "for potential historical value," keeping them at the Eugene Barker State Historical Center. This memo includes Dr. Chester R. Burns, Dr. Truman R. Blocker, Jr., and Emil F. Frey as recipients as well.

[Treasures of UNT Artifacts]

Description: Photograph of a portion of the "Treasures of UNT" exhibit, in observance of Denton's Sesquicentennial. The display included porcelain plates, cups, old black and white photographs. This plate features an image of the first building on campus, the Normal Building, which opened in 1891.
