Description: Letter from Benjamin R. Harris to Dr. Bodansky informing him that the recent request of sulphoacetates made by Dr. Bodansky will be delayed due to the Emulsol Corporation having a chocolate hearing soon after the conclusion of the oleomargarine hearing. He does state that the lecithin that was requested will be sent out and goes on to discuss the composition of various similar lecithin products.
