College Admissions Testing of Graduating Seniors in Texas High Schools Class of 2010

Description: "This report examines SAT and ACT participation and performance in Texas for the class of 2010. Statewide examination results for students in Texas public schools and for students in Texas public and nonpublic schools combined are presented. Data are provided by race/ethnicity, gender, and economic status. The report also provides descriptions of the SAT and ACT examinations, along with a brief discussion of policy related to the examinations. In addition, the report discusses the use of SAT and ACT results in college admissions and the Academic Excellence Indicator System."
