Description: Video footage from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during the 2nd annual 'Wine, Watermelon, The Word: Unprogrammed and Uncensored" literary voices series performance at the Clarence Muse Café Theatre in June of 2002. The program was held annually in conjunction with the celebrations for Juneteenth. The program highlighted the literary, vocal and dramatic arts.
