[Warranty Deed from C. F. Bonnell to W. H. Bonnell]

Description: Deed from C. F. Bonnell to W. H. Bonnell acknowledging W. H.'s payment of $1 in exchange for land from C. F. Bonnell, the widow of John A. Bonnell; W. H.
