Kennedy, painted by Norman Rockwell. The plaque was autographed on the borders by Senator and Mrs. Dennis Chavez, Gus Garcia and others. As this photograph is priceless to Herrera, he would ask his son, who is Washington D.C., to give the plaque to Salinger to be signed.
