Dr. Bodansky notes several reasons to not choose Galveston, but instead to look in a multitude of other places first. Dr. Hertz's attached letter denotes finding Dr. Bodansky through a fellow fraternity brother and asks for advice as Dr. Hertz wishes to relocate to Texas to begin his medical career.
