Description: Color postcard with a view up State Street in Albany, New York. Dozens of buildings line both sides of the street and the New York State Capitol sits at the top of the hill. Description: Postcard from G. L. Schench to Mrs. L. H. Schench, discussing a six mile drive the sender took, and the natural beauty he or she saw. The front of the postcard features a photograph (colored in with ink) of Fern Bank waterfall in Boerne Texas. The waterfall is a small stream of water spilling over a rocky ledge covered in greenery. The water fall cascades down a short distance, and then over a rock and into a pool of water. There are more rocks and greenery on either side of the waterfall.
