On the back of the postcard, it is described as follows, "Neill-Cochran House circa 1853 2310 San Gabriel Street, Austin, Texas The lovely double parlors at Neill-Cochran House are beautifully furnished authentically by the owners, the National Society of Colonial Dames of America in Texas.
