According to the document the couple will pay in "sixty-eight equal semi-annual payments of" $81.25 to be paid on the first of April and October; the final payment will be for $81.02 on April 1, 1957. On the back is the table printed with dates and payments from 1923 to 1928 filled in in red ink.
