Description: Letter to Linnet Moore from Claude White in which he asks her not to share his letters with her friends. He wants to keep his courtship with her a private matter. He tells her that confidential friends have given him "more trouble than any one else on earth." He says that he presumes that she has "quit" Tommie by this time. Claude says that he may place him as the cashier of the Santa Fe Route Eating House. He wants to get a place on the Frisco line, near Dallas. He says that he will try to return to see her as soon as he can.
