Description: Hat of fine dark blue straw. Styled somewhat as a "sailor hat", the low, slightly domed crown is encircled by a band of matching dark blue grosgrain ribbon, with a shell-shaped decoration of the same ribbon at front left. The narrow brim is basically flat, with a slight rolled edge. The hat is unlined, with a black grosgrain ribbon inner hatband. Retailer's label: "Seidenbach's / Tulsa, Oklahoma"
