Dallas Origin and Destination Survey

Description: Survey created by the Texas Highway Department in conjunction with the "City and County of Dallas" concerning the "major external routes of vehicular travel radiating from Dallas." The survey asked drivers where their trip began, which roads they traveled on, and their destination. This report includes tables and maps showing the compiled data and the various traffic movements around the city.

[Donation of Portable Incubator]

Description: Photograph of five people standing around a portable incubator, alongside a brick building. [Emergency Vehicles Outside Medical Arts Hospital]

Description: Photograph of six vehicles (facing left) in front of the Medical Arts Hospital, a stone and brick building that is more than six stories tall and has many windows. The name of the hospital is visible above the large entrance. A group of people, mostly civilians, line the sidewalk in front of the entrance to the building. Description: Photograph of a large cloud of dark smoke pouring out from the Dallas Federal Savings & Loan building, visible on the right.
