Description: Photograph of the 1892 Bastrop county jail and a modern steel walk way coming from the 1883 Bastrop county courthouse. The entrance into the old jail building was made through an upper story window. The first story window was not disturbed. "Star of Texas" brick retainers can be seen on the brick walls.
