Description: Copy of transcript for a letter from Elias R. Wightman to Gail Borden, regarding the survey of lands near Live Oak Bayou, between Trespalacios and San Bernardo, and the peninsula. There have been recent requests to adjust league plots, and Wightman argues that as the original surveyor of those plots, he should should be responsible for making any adjustments. Wightman also identifies several land owners from which survey fees have not been collected.
