Description: Letters between Dr. Meyer Bodansky, from the John Sealy Hospital, and John F. Pilcher, from Terrell's Laboratories. In the second letter, which is from Dr. Pilcher and dated October 8, 1940, Dr. Pilcher inquires as to whether Dr. Bodansky knows of any candidates for an open position as a technician at Terrell's Laboratories. The first letter, which is dated October 10, 1940, is a response from Dr. Bodansky. In the letter, Dr. Bodansky recommends one potential candidate for the job opening. He also expresses his desire to work with Dr. Pilcher, and asks if he would want to submit a research paper to be presented at an upcoming conference.

Description: Letters between Dr. A. J. Goldforb, Oscar Bodansky, and Rose Framer on behalf of Dr. Meyer Bodansky. All of the letters concern Dr. Meyer Bodansky, who at the time was in the hospital recovering from a critical illness. The first letter is from Dr. Bodansky's brother Oscar Bodansky to Dr. A. J. Goldforb, and is dated June 12, 1941. The letter is a response to a previous letter received from Goldforb on behalf of Dr. Meyer Bodansky. The second letter is a handwritten invitation from Dr. Goldforb to Dr. Bodansky to accompany him and his daughter to New York City; it is dated June 7, 1941. The third letter, which is dated May 8, 1941, informs Dr. Bodansky that Dr. Goldforb and his daughter will be in Galveston soon and wish to meet with him. The last letter is from Rose Framer on behalf of Dr. Bodansky; it is dated May 15, 1941. The letter acknowledges the receipt of a previous letter that Dr. A. J. Goldforb sent to Dr. Bodansky.
