Description:
Letter from John North sent to his family about his time in boot camp while in the United States Navy. This letter discusses his daily life in the sick bay. He mentioned that his company has eight men in the sick bay and 20 in a big hospital. He said this is due to Measles and Scarlett fever. He mentioned that it's good he was in the sick bay with a cold, so hopefully, he does not catch those. The envelope is included.
