[Speech: Veteran Benefits for Individuals who Served in Civilian Capacity in the Armed Forces]

Description: Copy of two pages from the Congressional Record containing a speech by Texas Representative Olin Teague regarding pending bills that would grant civilian veterans benefits as well as the history of Avenger Field.
