Copy of transcript for a letter from R. W. Wells to James F. Perry and S. Perry, in which Wells explains that he has been tasked with collecting a debt but that he is experiencing difficulty in locating the necesssary persons. Wells acknowledges Perry's desire to avoid frivolous lawsuits, but informs Perry that Campbell is completely insolvent and requests direction regarding whether or not to sue Campbell once he is found.
