Letter from Jim Wright replying to a letter from John J. Herrera, with a copy sent to Al Hernandez, Municipal Court Judge. Wright requests Herrera to give him the name of the new LULAC Council, so that he can get a flag to be flown over the Capitol. Wright is writing the closing remarks of his Lubbock speech at the bottom of this letter.
