CLOSE UP BRUCKER.
Brucker says the Air Force has cooperated
splendidly; the re-designation of the
Texas post is a result of a defense
department directive which transfers
responsibility for army aviation training
from the Air Force to the Army. There's
a fly-over of helicopters from Fort Sill,
Oklahoma. An average of 275 students will
take 'copter training at Wolters after
January first.
CAR LEAVING.
After f the ceremonies,       E  Mr. Brucker
meets the press; says the Army will spend
some money ...but says 1 Wolters will
remain as a Camp --not as a permanent "fort."
