RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS.
The act of the Legislature creating the Railroad
Commission of Texas was approved April 3. 1891.
The Commission was organized on June 19. 1891,
with John H. Reagan. L. L. Foster and W. P.
McLean as the first Commission, these men having
been appointed by Governor Hogg. Following is a
complete list of the Commissioners who have served
since the creation of the Railroad Commissaiop, to-
gether with their terms of office:
