E. corner of the 720 acres of land bought by E. F Woolsey from
John Griffith included in this district;
Thence S. 61 W. 926 varas to a corner of M. J. Hernandez and F.
Mendiola Surveys;
Thence with line of the Woolsev tract N. 731/2 W. 1717 varas and
S. 841/4 W. 876 varas to the E. corner of the M. A. Veramendi Survey,
being William Seeger's; east corner;
Thence S. 50 W. about 3000 varas to the M. A. Veramendi S. corner
on the L. Menchaca S. E. line on the Floresville and Karnes city
road;
Thence with said land and road N. 61 W. about 1/ mile to the E.
corner of the Lopez land:
Thence with Lopez lower line S. 50 W. about 3 miles to the San
Antonio River.
Thence down said river with its western margin to the lower corner
of S'. H. Zook's 782 acre tract;
Thence with Zook's lower line which is the lower line of the M.
Calvillo Grant No. 23 S. 60 W about I/ mile to Zook's south corner
Thence N. 18 W. along the W. line of Zook's land and other land
about 4675 varas to the W. corner of the C. B. Stevenson tract of
land on the Floresville and Campbellton road;
Thence with said road N. 48 E.. about 1700 varas to the Pecosa
Creek;
Thence up said Pecosa Creek with its meanders to the bridge on the
Floresville and Pleasanton Road.
