a Copy of Thos Norwell Execution against Moses Austin hww <

had any writ serv^ to be good iijjLaw unless serv^ on the
person of M Austin which it is not very Likely Lver was done
or Something would have been heard of it but this must remain '
for H Austin and him to dispute though i am well Satisfied
M Austin dont owe him one shilling as in there Last Settlement ^
he paid 12 or 14 Dollars to M A as Rlair the Concern and
he Justly owe 220 Dollars more but as to his finding M
Austins property is out of the Question as i long since ia
sold and gave Charles a Bill of Sales of Rvery thing as I
sopos^ of much Consequence Except there is a Horse or Two
and Steers not Included Waggons carts Tools etc all of which
I Now request you to take an Account of and Sell them to Charles
at such price as you Can Agree for and give him your receit
in my Behalf payment indors? on a Bond a Dft of The° Hopkins
on me in Charles favor--this Dft was drawn on me by The^
Hopkins in Sep 1798 for a Balence due Bhe° Hopkins while in
London i Accepted it and have made Charles large payment
on this by the Different Sales I have made him of Negroes
mules Lands etc—this is no fictisous Sales but good in
Law to pay an Actual Balence due The° Hopkins many years
due him but always intended by him as a Legasy for Charles
this Dft and all the payments to Charles are perfectly legal
and Rvery Shilling of property at the nines in which there
is a pretence of H A holding any right must go to this Account
