HUB CLUB

The faculty members of the Mineral Wells High School
are conscious of the importance of the library as the cen-
tral factor in the program of instruction in the school. In
order to meet the demand placed upon the library for such
a progressive program of instuction, many students in the
High School offer their services as assistants to the libra-
rian so that good library service may be rendered,
The organization of the library club assistants in Min-
eral Wells High School is known as the Hub Club. One
of its members, Frances Carlock, is the president of the
Seventh District of the Teen-Age Library Club of Texas,
being the first member to serve in that capacity.
