judge Monday in a case in which
Judge Russell was disqualified
This case was filed in 1031 and
had been to a higher court twice
but will have final judgment in
this hearing

Future Farmers
Members of two winning judging
teams of the Tulia school Future
Farmers were honored Tuesday
noon when they were guests
of the club in a program sponsored
by J M Hill coach of the
teams
ATembcrs of the livestock judging
team who won sweepstakes
and a trip to American Royal
Live Stock Show at Kansas City
were R B Dawson Delbert Dev
in and Edwin Dawson Members
of the poultry judging team which
won first place at Lubbock last
week were also guests ofthc club
The large banner and two lov
ing cups were on display on the
banquet table The boys were
proudly acclaimed by members
of the club and were urged to
continue their efforts throughout
high school and college
Happy Colgin urged members
of the club to attend at least one
session of the Dairy Show here
Friday and Saturday
J Hoytt Boles read a list of
programs for the next few weeks
were submitted by his committee
The club approved the programs
which are believed to be timely
and interesting
A delegation of members will
go to Pampa Thursday April 21
to attend a meeting at which
Governor Bob Wilson of Ponca

nutritious and requires little time
for making The following is a
good recipe to follow
1 Set 3 gallons of clean fresh
milk at a temperature of 75 de
grees F a bucket lard can or
dish pan can be used for this purpose2 Add Vt pint of starter or
clabber milk free from gas hole
or off flavors Stir into milk well
3 Hold at a temperature of 75
degrees F for 18 to 20 hours
4 Cut the curd into to 1
inch cubes with a spatula or knife
so that the whey can separate
The curd is ready to cut when it
makes a clean break This is de

Show scheduled for Friday and
Saturday April 15 10 according

is the prize offered the club boys
in their contest This heifer comes
from the Tierra Blanca Farms at
Canyon and is awarded by a
Wichita Kansas creamery

The following rules will be followed
by the farm group of men
in the contest 1 Every farmer
selling milk cream or butter off
the farm is eligible to compete 2
Only one member of the family
fireside may enter the contest 3
If called upon entrant must satisfy
judging committee ho is a

4 In case of a tie the interested
parties will be asked to give reasons
