Fourth.-Each student will be required to complete before
graduation thirty-six majors with an average grade of B for the
last eighteen. Nine of these majors must be advanced. Not fewer
than four of the nine advanced majors must be in the major subject;
enough others must be in the first and second minors to
make the nine.
Fifth.-The Bachelor of Arts degree will not be conferred
upon any student who is known to be a cigaret fiend.
Sixth.-A student must do at least seven of his thirty-six majors
while registered as a senior, three of which must be in his
major subject. This requirement may be waived by the Dean
in case the senior is a former student of Abilene Christian College.
Seventh-Exemptions from final examinations will be granted
to seniors upon an average grade of B. This applies only to the
last term's work. No substitutions may be made.
Eighth.-Seniors will be required to take all tests given up to
within two weeks of graduation day. The work covered during
Senior Week may be included in such tests.37
