in thu most summary .way I havo this day
conveyed in trust to my frieud TJiomns
J. Green of the coupty of Brazoria the
whole of my property real persimnl and
mixed for tlio accomplishment ol the a-
bove design.
The unexampled deficiency of par funds
combined with the almost unparalleled
depreciation of our circulating medium
has had tho effect to destroy tiie value of
property and materially to affect the cre-
dit of the country.
These considerations have induced mo
to su mender the proceeds of ten years
exertion in this country fur the payment
of an amount which in ordinary fiscal
circumstances would not have been felt.
I therefore respectfully call tho attention
of buyers to a list of valuable property
which Geu'l Green will sell on advanta-
geous terms to those disposed to purchase.
