Description: Affidavit In Any Fact by Mrs. R. A. Reid, an employee at the Texas School Book Depository. She describes watching the motorcade go by outside and hearing three shots that sounded like they came from the Depository building. After returning inside she saw Lee Harvey Oswald and told him the President was shot, and he mumbled in reply. She then saw him leave the back office near the lunch room.

Description: Handwritten affidavit by Mrs. Virginia Davis. Davis states that she and her sister-in-law, Jeanette Davis, were lying down in their apartments when they heard shots. A woman yelled: "He's dead, he's dead, he's shot!" They saw an officer on the ground outside. Jeanette Davis called the police. A boy was seen running across their lawn, where they later found shells. Davis identified him as the #2 man in a lineup.

Description: Report by Marvin Johnson regarding his actions after the assassination of President Kennedy. Marvin Johnson and his partner, L. D. Montgomery, were at a cafe when they learned of Kennedy's assassination. They were ordered to the location of the shooting, where they conducted a search. Johnson did not work on Sunday or Monday of the following week.
