[Postcard of Bear and Cub]

Description: Postcard of two bears around a tree trunk, one an adult and the other a young cub. The back of the postcard describes them with this, "Learning Table Manners All varieties of Bears - black, brown, cinnamon and grizzly inhabit the Rockies and are not only inoffensive if not molested but are very human and entertaining." The message on the back reads, "Dear Aunt Mamie, Hope you and Uncle Doug are feeling better. I meant to write you sooner but have not had a chance. Your neice Northcall."

Description: Postcard of a large white stone structure with dark blue roofing and a clock tower, described as "Union Station, With Aloe Plaza in Foreground." The back of the postcard adds, "The Union Station on Market from 18th to 20th Street is one of the largest passenger terminals in the country. Directly across Market Street is the Aloe Plaza with its beautiful fountains." The message on the back is illegible. The postcard is addressed to "Mrs. Carroll E. Ward 1906 McFaddin Beaumont, Texas."

[Hotel Beaumont]

Description: Postcard of the exterior and interior of Hotel Beaumont on the corner of Orleans Street and Fannin Street. On the left side is a picture of the exterior of the hotel with signs that say "Hotel Beaumont" and four automobiles on the street. On the right side of the postcard is the interior of the hotel with furniture. The Hotel Beaumont was opened to the public on Tuesday, August 8, 1922.
