[Alvin Owsley on Armstice Day]

Description: Photograph of a picture, that is displayed in a frame, of Alvin M. Owsley on Armistice Day. It was displayed in the Owsley Foyer after its dedication and a small paper beneath reads "National Commander of the American Legion Alvin M.
