Austin, in which these gentlemen write in support of the Ayunamiento's declaration in favor of Santa Anna's plan. Warren, Hallet and Living provide intelligence on the number and placement of troops in Goliad that would serve under the command of Santa Anna if given the opportunity.

Stamps also asks Austin for confirmation that Baker Larkin is dead in order to relieve the Larkin's family of the uncertainty, as well as, to provide some description of the character of Charles Pulsom.
