The letter accompanied Documents No. VII A and VIII A, which had been omitted from a previous donation of Manuel Urbina's documents by his family. Urbina also sends Kreneck copies of photographs of the ceremony at the Houston Metropolitan Research Center.

The letter accompanied seventeen documents and two folders containing information on the life and work on Reverend Manuel Urbina, of the Magnolia Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. The donation to the Houston Metropolitan Research Center also includes a book written about Urbina by his widow, Irene Salce de Urbina.
