In an "Important Note", Falwell offers to send a VHS videotape of his documentary "The Truth About Aids and Clinton's Hidden Agenda" in exchange for "a gift of at least $35". Finally, the letter includes a "Reply Form to Jerry Falwell" with the question "Should I re-activate MORAL MAJORITY to help bring this nation back to moral sanity?" and an envelope addressed to the Liberty Alliance in Madison Heights, Virginia.
