Description: Evening ensemble in orange and taupe crepe. The sleeveless, full-length dress is of taupe crepe, and has a "V" neckline in front and a deep "V" in back. Around high waist is a wide band of orange crepe outlined in gold braid and oval simulated pearls. The band is heavily beaded in faux coral and turquoise beads in various patterns and floral motifs. [The Kilgore Home]

Description: Photograph of the Kilgore home, a two-story house with a large, enclosed front porch. A long line of manicured bushes borders the property. According to accompanying information, the house is on Kansas and 4th Street in League City. It was the house where Theodore Kilgore and his wife Zonnie died, in 1955 and 1959, respectively.
