Wire-Stretcher.

Description: Patent for improvements in wire-stretcher for use in fence-building in which wire is secured to a fence-post, using horse power to hitch to the whiffletree and driven along close to the lines of posts. When wires are being leaded out, they are being stretched simultaneously.
