Description: Letter from M. B. Wilhoit to John Sayles discussing the importance of forms in the Texas Pleading and Practice and that he is confident they will not plagiarize those in Stayton's book. Wilhoit states he wants Sayles' work to include forms of pleading. This is partially done to have the ability to create more volumes for more pay. Wilhoit requests Sayles furnish to Pearson illustrations of other forms.
