Description: Criminal intelligence report addressed to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Special Service Bureau in Dallas, Texas. The report, which was submitted by detective Bob K. Carroll, states that Howard W. Leatherwood was arrested at the Carousel Club on January 13, 1962 on charges of Investigative Theft. Leatherwood stated that he after a night of drinking, he exited the restroom and accidentally stepped into living quarters. He was held and then arrested.
