Description: One telegram from Pedro J. Gonzalez to the president José Lopez Portillo and one telegram from José Lopez Portillo's secretary, Carlos Javier Vega, to Pedro J. Gonzalez. A paper with a wide column of printed text across it has a signature at its bottom and is layered over a paper that has text printed atop a faint pattern. Both papers have stamped marks on them. The upper paper has some handwritten text at its top.
