Charlie Loving officiated this and the annual Round Rock Frontier Day Chicken Flying Contest. The mailbox is unusually large to accommodate the chicken and even has a graphic of a chicken on its side. A large crowd is gathered around to watch the spectacle, a traditional event, at the 7th annual Texas Folklife Festival.
